Not the worst, far from great.

Pros:
- management is quick to make repairs (only the ones they see fit)
Cons:
- ceiling was leaky and produced a ton of mold in our closet and bathroom - the front doorknob is constantly breaking - there is a bad roach infestation - there is a mail thief living in the building and the managers refuse to install cameras or do anything to deal with this, basically told us to deal with it

listen to your tenants

Nice outside, poor pest control inside

Close to everything, beautiful outside, french doors
Cons:
Mice in the walls, cockroaches inside the apartments, crazy expensive, fire alarms constantly go off with poor ventilation. Gas leak twice
