Quaint, great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location right in the east village, responsive mgmt
Cons:
Older walk-up building, can be difficult for some. Some street noise, but nothing that isn't expected given the location

Solid building, no frills
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is amazing, access to everything in east village. Building is pretty quiet and neighbors are cool.
Cons:
Walk up only, no elevator. Not many bells and whistles with the apartments, simple. Ventilation isn’t great, you can smell when neighbors smoke and stuff.
