unsafe and dirty building

the only good things about this place was the location
Cons:
sol is a angry sexist landloard which tries to take advantage of his tenants, comes in to the apartment announced, and completely violated the privacy of a my space. i am a women living alone and felt extremely violated and unsafe in the building.
Advice to owner:
fire sol, keep the building clean, security cameras for constantly stolen packages

Rowdy and Unsafe Neighbors (Police would show up) Dirty Common Spaces Building is in need of repairs (window was falling out of my unit)
