Former Tenant
Pros:
great natural light, privacy for each bedroom, open floor plan
Cons:
management is not responsive and will not help you if there is an issue. my roommate had a flood in her apartment with many items ruined and they did nothing about it
Advice to owner:
be more responsive and care about your tenants - they will want to live here longer
