Young Apartment in the EV
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to a lot
Pretty spacious given that its the East Village
Porter and super are phenomenal
Since new management things have started to be fixed much quicker
Cons:
Homeless people came in the building a few times, never to steal just to take cans and etc. from the garbage room

The management company Centennial Properties is a complete scam
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, and that's about it.
Cons:
No air circulation, loud heaters, gets really hot in summer, the super is basically non-existent. The management company- centennial properties is awful. Do not rent here.
