Fine place but some problems

Pros:
Responsive maintenance team, location, thick walls so sound doesnt carry through
Cons:
Lots of things constantly breaking down from small to big because it’s an old building. For living on an upper floor stairs are steep and not good condition. Occasionally hear mice/rats in the ceilings.
