Not worth the price

Pros:
Quiet, no loud neighbors
Cons:
Insect infestation (spiders, etc), generally not well maintained building. Packages stolen, fake security camera. Buzzer is antiquated. Sol from the property management is rude and pushy.
Advice to owner:
Better maintenance

Management is responsive and understanding, pest control comes once a month (door to door), quiet building.
Cons:
Not the cleanest building. Security camera is fake — just for show. There’s a mice infestation.

Expensive but Good Location

Location is great; Freshly painted apartment
Cons:
Construction is unannounced and leaves dust everywhere, plus it is very loud; Appliances are iffy (electric stove and oven don't get very hot); You have to make a lot of noise to get any help from management; Rent is really high for building quality; Garbage was inside for a while which was unpleasant and confusing; Buzzers don't work well

Maintain the building better for what you charge

The location is good
Cons:
This management company is absolutely awful- the worst I have dealt with in NYC! My apartment was infested with mice for months and they didn't help fix the problem. I found over 20 mice in the traps I set while I lived there. The management company is horrible to deal with, particularly Sol who is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Avoid these apartments!
