Generally nice building, but nonexistent management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, lots of amenities in the apartments/building
Cons:
Things persistently wrong the building (broken buzzer, front door that doesn't lock correctly, numbers missing from door, random objects stored in the hallways, etc.) Landlord doesn't keep tabs on the building at all and "management" is not very helpful.
Advice to owner:
Hire a real management company and actually pay attention to what is going on with your building.
