Unresponsive Managament /landlord

Pros:
Location is amazing, apartments well sized, nice finishes
Cons:
Never heard from landlord or management once while living here. Construction on the front of the building for months which was incredibly loud. Halls of building not upkept well. Never received info from landlord including supers information has to find it from a neighbor.

Pros:
Location, physical apartment is beautiful and renovated, fair price for the perks.
Cons:
Management is unresponsive and does not reply to requests for repairs and health violations, resulting in having to resort to legal action.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with your tenants and respond to our requests.
