great place as long as you are not in the basement
Former Tenant
Pros:
building is well maintained and finishes are great. bang for your buck is pretty good too along with location
Cons:
exposed brick is flaking everywhere. impossible to talk with management without submitting maintenance ticket. in basement units the entrance is completely different so delivery drivers are always unable to find your unit

Great rental in a quiet neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern amenities, very quiet street
Cons:
Smaller space, garbage disposal area is difficult to access (you have to go down rickety steps in the outside alley, can be dangerous in the winter and during bad weather).
Advice to owner:
Please renovate the garbage disposal area/steps.

Unresponsive management- okay building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively clean and quiet, never had issues with pests. The super was responsive.
Cons:
Issues with people breaking in and stealing packages/sleeping on the floor. The management was very difficult to reach when there was a problem.
