Low key EV luxury
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building was small and filled with as many young people who had parents paying their rent as you’d expect. Generally it was very well maintained and if you made nice with the super he was responsive. The roof was always fun to use and the location is unbeatable.
Cons:
You can hear your neighbors (where can’t you?) and this building could likely benefit from a double locked vestibule or more active presence from super. Unfortunately lots of folks sneak in and hang between the entrance doors or by the stairs. They usually mean no harm and are hiding from the elements. Try not to be a jerk if you’re inserting yourself in this area 🫶🏼.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the plants on the roof! It was so lovely when we first moved in.

Great starter building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic location, nicely renovated lobby, and the kitchen and bathrooms really are as nice as they are in the pictures (take a look on Zillow for pics)
Cons:
The living rooms don't often have windows and can be very dark. Also the "3rd" bedrooms in most units are basically large closets - no windows, beware!
Advice to owner:
Don't falsely advertise as 3 bedrooms. Otherwise the building is in great shape, and building management is fairly responsive and amenable.
