    Management’s maintenance team does a good job once on site.
    Cons:
    Building is very dirty, some tenants can be disturbing, leaving cigarette butts in the lobby, screaming at partners, there are flies everywhere
    Advice to owner:
    Property owner is very nice, needs to do a better job understanding current situation in the building.

    It might not be ideal if expectations exceed what this type of property can provide. Make sure to take look first.

    Great location, good apartment

    Pros:
    Apartment was in good condition, and we had no major issues during our lease. The draw is the location - if you want to live in the East Village, it’s unbeatable.
    Cons:
    Super was slow to respond and act when our refrigerator stopped working. A decent amount of noise from outside (though not as much as you might expect).
    Advice to owner:
    Responding to tenant issues more quickly would make a big difference.

    The stairs are really steep
    The super is hard to deal with
    sometimes the stairs are not clean
    Advice to owner:
    Find a better super
