Former Tenant
Pros:
- Kind, Helpful Super - Fixes any issues, attentive - Painting often, investing money to keep it looking good - Great Location, smells like bagels in the morning from the place downstairs - Easy Online Payment
Cons:
- No direct contact from the owner but done through the broker and super (psa rather than a con) - Pre-war building - hot water takes a bit to heat up and water pressure is not super strong
