Good Apartment but Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very close to restaurants, and the doorbell app worked well. The hallways were also well maintained and cleaned at least once a week.
Cons:
Apartment lost hot water multiple times a month for 3 months straight with no advance notice. Had to complain to 311 for changes to be made. Bathroom temperature faucets broke repeatedly (3+ times) in both bathrooms and constantly needed replacing. The super is pretty overworked. It took at least a week for any maintenance needs to be addressed. There was also no ventilation system/fan for the kitchen, which is a big issue because we all cooked pretty frequently and kitchen is basically in the living space.
