Old building but good management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively updated, my apartment got a lot of light, super was awesome and responsive. Clean the stairs and floors every week
Cons:
Small units. Saw a roach downstairs (only one time) but it creeped me out.

Good location but beware
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well maintained and units are updated. Good location.
Cons:
We had a persistent mouse issue for 2 years and the exterminators never did anything. Also I’m the top floor so idk how that happens. I had to set up traps and kill most of them myself. Can’t wait to move out of here.
