maybe it will be better in the future...

Pros:
great location, quiet street and neighbors, large bathroom, built in cabinets... they're redoing it now so maybe it will be better but in the past it wasn't so great
Cons:
dirty, mice infestations all the time, crazy elderly neighbors, crooked landlords
