Former Tenant
Pros:
new apartments, location near a lot of bars and restaurants and subways, good rooftop (when it's clean)
Cons:
trash management isn't great, cockroaches in building, in apartment, and on rooftops, street isn't the cleanest
Advice to owner:
better manage trash and roaches!

Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated finishes and responsive management
Cons:
Recycling is setup inside and it’s out in the open right by the elevator. It piles up and sometimes attracted mice because residents aren’t very respectful of recycling rules (I.e. throw other trash in recycling bins)
Advice to owner:
Move recycling to outside.
