Mostly not much to complain about

Pros:
- Super is great - Pretty clean if maybe a little old looking - Walls are nice and thick
Cons:
- minor pest problem with cockroaches but not anymore than other NYC apts - sometimes packages get stolen but this has also decreased recently

Pros:
Responsive super, good location, elevator and laundry sufficient
Cons:
Cockroach problem. Mangement did try to address it but it was not rectified and therefore I did not resign.
