I loved living here

Pros:
The building is nice and well maintained. Elevator and laundry in basement. Not too loud of a street and the super was helpful.
Cons:
Some of the dryers were broken and packages would get stolen.
Advice to owner:
Fix the dryers

Respectful neighbors and quiet building!!
Cons:
Pest control was said to come every month on a random Tuesday of that month. The building manager had said that if you aren’t home during this time that you wouldn’t get your apartment sprayed for pests. I have never received a notice or knock at my door for this service.
Advice to owner:
Fix security cameras!! Had a package stolen and tried to contact manager with no luck because they said they have no access to these cameras, which leads me to believe they do not work.
