Approachable personable landlords

Pros:
If I had any apt problem, the super was on it right away. If it was something else, the landlords were so accommodating and friendly. Never saw a roach or a rodent in my entire time there. Upgraded chic kitchen and appliances. only 1 apt per floor so few tenants, less noise.
Cons:
Not the landlords or buildings fault, but the damn construction next door! I haven't been back since I moved out, but I hope it's over.
