could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty quiet, good neighbors
Cons:
Maintenance isn’t helpful, super is nice but has his hands tied by the management company and can’t actually get anything fixed (we have had broken stuff for months).

building is no good
Former Tenant
Pros:
nothing, lived here a long time, should have moved out years ago.
Cons:
nothing. horrible landlords. cut your heat off, no intercom, idiot, do nothing super.
Advice to owner:
stop grabbing the fast money, and do what you are suppose to do.
