Small but decent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super wide staircase makes moving in easier. Super close to Trader Joe’s, Target, the L train. Appliances are new and shiny
Cons:
Stuffy, cramped, and garbage is poorly managed. Super intending is unresponsive and takes forever to repair stuff (if it ever happens)
