Great East village building

Pros:
Whole building is nice and gut renovated. Neat lobby and responsive management. We staying here our 3rd year and loving it. Apartment has huge living room and all you need in it.Block away from L train, nice bathrooms and overall sweet spot for roommates.
Cons:
Walk up, First Avenue bedrooms can be noisy
