Cold, noisy building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The windows of the east side get lots of natural light. Great garbage management.
Cons:
Building is very dirty. 1st ave is very noisy. No heat in building - only in bedrooms (not heat in living rooms or bathrooms). It gets very, very cold. Salon realty will try to take extra money from you. Water heater only turns on when showers are on. Living room has no window - very dark. Everything (incl. stove and oven) is electric - bills are very high.
Advice to owner:
Install heaters in living rooms. Put a better water heater
