Would've been nice if not for the pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice layout, spacious, pretty good in the winter before everything starts coming out as it warms up. Very quiet in the basement, obviously not a lot of light.
Cons:
Ant infestation, roaches, flies, trash, centipedes, dead rats outside, reluctant super. Couldn't use outdoor space due to flies.
Advice to owner:
Patch the walls and fix infrastructure to prevent pests coming in

Solid Neighborhood Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
A lot of long term tenants, so quite and respectful people. The super is nice and so is the porter. The hallways are wide and there is plenty of space for packages to be left. There is a laundromat across the street which is a huge plus. Apartments are big for the area. There is a building down next door and it lets in a ton of light.
Cons:
Entry Doors often get stuck
