Good area for students
Former Tenant
Pros:
lived here for undergrad at NYU and it was super well located and a good apartment. Neighbors are generally quiet except the courtyard apartment usually attracts loud bros.
Cons:
Super is a weird guy

solid building - not much to complain about
Former Tenant
Pros:
well maintained, trash taken out on a consistent basis. heating can be sporadic (too much or too little) but not too much to complain.
Cons:
every once in a while a package is stolen but i suppose this is par for the course for the area.
