Nice building, horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated amenities, location to the subway, great neighborhood, can pay rent via Appfolio
Cons:
- Garbage management is extremely poor, about once a week the hallway is flooded with trash which not only smells, but makes it difficult to get down the stairs to exit the building. - Non-responsive management, takes numerous attempts at reaching out in order to get a response when it comes to lease renewal, maintenance requests, etc. - Rent increases are absurd. After our first year our rent was increased 45% and in the second year it was increased another 30%. Also, the "rent" prices they list on Street Easy are blatantly a lie and not accurate to what our lease states. - The lock on the front door is constantly breaking, leaving it open and leading to packages constantly getting stolen and/or torn into, management did nothing to resolve the issue. Said it's not a doorman building so it is out of their control. The lock has also broken numerous front door keys and management charged $50 per key to replace.

Stayed here until 2020
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location! We did have issues with heating once, though it was resolved relatively quickly
Cons:
We experienced a change in management and locks were changed without prior notice.
