Pros:
Building well maintained, someone comes and cleans hallways weekly and removes trash, responds to maintenance requests daily quickly during week, updated kitchens and bathrooms
Cons:
No laundry in building, no elevator, rooms all different sizes

Pros:
Great location, decent amount of space for the price/location, quiet building, no mice, feels secure
Cons:
0 amenities, super can be very slow to fix problems, some units don’t have dishwashers
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants and actually do a full scrub of apartments between leases! A lot of built up dirt
