Probably the best NYC apartment I could ever live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Great location, best coffee shop + laundromat downstairs. Prob the best street in the EV, in my opinion
- Appliances are updated, full-sized dishwasher + stove
- Pay rent online
- SUPER responsive maintenance, fix most issues day of
- Garbage taken out frequently, separated into recycling
- Packages and mail have never gotten stolen
Cons:
- Neighbors that moved in upstairs are pretty loud, but walls are thick between units on the same floor
- Can't control the heat in the winter so it gets pretty warm
- Rent too high but I guess it's the East Village
Advice to owner:
None
