Great location, less than desirable apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
You absolutely cannot beat the location. Block is gorgeous and just around the corner from st marks makes it much quieter
Cons:
The management company is terrible, unresponsive, and will not hesitate to increase the rent as high as they possibly can at the earliest chance they get.

just another NYC slumlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
the location is unbeatable, the street is surprisingly quiet for manhattan.
Cons:
the management will try to drain every cent from you, they will come up with imaginary expenses in order not to return your deposit. they are extremely inflexible when it comes to rent negotiations. very unfair and inhumane approach to tenants.
