It’s a place to live
Cons:
Bathroom is NASTY, sound travels through walls, filthy hallways, toilet breaks, found roaches, very cramped

Pros:
in the heart of astor place and very convenient that astor place station and 8th street station is nearby.
Cons:
no elevator so people who live on the top floor have to travel up and down frequently

Pros:
Amazing location. Regular garbage removal. Regular pest control. Quick responses to maintenance requests.
Cons:
Hot water went out on multiple occasions for multiple days at a time.
Advice to owner:
Make sure all leaks and appliances are fixed before move in date.

In the 3 years I’ve been here, I’ve had too many rodent experiences. That and the fact that my floors are older than Jesus.
