Lovely building with a few notes

Pros:
The building is beautiful prewar with exposed brick and a cute stoop. Rental by owner, small direct management company mostly responsive. Overall a building of young professionals, pretty quiet. Nice trees in the street and back side of the building looks over a courtyard.
Cons:
Packages are often stolen. And of course it's New York but some tenants are quite heavy-footed. Pretty expensive for a building with few amenities especially depending on the unit.
