Building is fine

Pros:
-Laundry in building was very convenient -Trash area was kept clean -Maintenance requests were easy to file online, were addressed quickly, and all maintenance staff was friendly
Cons:
-Had packages stolen -Common areas in building could be cleaner -Super was not very responsive
Advice to owner:
Common areas in building could be renovated

Pros:
Amazing location in the heart of the east village. Building is small so neighbors know each other. Laundry in building.
