Excellent super, good building

Pros:
Hernan is an excellent super, building is kept clean, central air is good although not super well distributed across the unit

Pros:
Lovely and quiet neighborhood and cleanliness, but most of all the live in super Hernan is a star!! He always was responsive and could be seen cleaning the building. Sometimes he even delivered our packages up the stairs and took out our trash! New and modern interior, high ceilings, and brick walls! Spacious enough bedrooms for full bed and desk
Cons:
Basement laundry didn’t always work, walk ups can be a pain on upper floors but it was worth it
Advice to owner:
Nothing - wish rent didn’t increase too much!!

Either heating or air throughout the year, not both at the same time.
