Had mice problems

Pros:
Great area, pretty well maintained for EV, new renovations and we really loved our unit
Cons:
We had a mice infestation after our first year. Super was not super helpful

Great location, bad building and owners

-Location and convenience -management company was responsive
Cons:
-Cockroach problem -Horrible superintendent (2012-2018, not sure if the same one is there) -Bad locks on the front door -Basement violations -Gas issues -Windowless bedroom in the apartment
