Rats, roaches, impossible to get anything fixed
Former Tenant
Pros:
At least at the time, not a bad price. Back of the building is quiet despite the street it's on
Cons:
Horrible landlords, won't fix anything. Won't fix the mouse problem. Didn't have gas for 9 moths after a fire downstairs, they left holes in the walls which created a huge mouse problem. They refused to fill the holes.
Advice to owner:
Go fuck yourself

11 St marks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, nice size apt, if your unit doesn’t face the street (ie bedroom part of a 1 bedroom), it’s relatively quiet
Cons:
Very dirty, unresponsive management, trash piled up in the trash room and was never taken out, loud bc on St Marks (given but still important)
