Management is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cool layouts, cozy feel, big bedrooms, nice roof.
Cons:
Management is terrible at responding, we have a prowler who they won’t take care of, front door locks don’t work, cameras don’t work, mouse and bugs, packages are always stolen

Building From Hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location in the East village
Cons:
No heat winter 2021-22. Ridiculous. Also so many mice and roaches. Wouldn’t fix windows that broke. Broken dishwasher that they did not fix for MONTHS
Advice to owner:
Sell this building and let someone fix it

Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I can’t see out of my windows because they are so dirty and management says they don’t include window cleaning services. Cockroaches literally can be found in my drawers living within my clothes and even my prescription drawer. J find torn off cockroach legs in my belongings. My floor is not even I am dizzy in my room all the time. Management won’t do anything to help unless you sue. THERES LITERALLY A HOLW IN MY WALL LEAVING MY BEF OPEN TO THE OUTDOORS AND I PAY MORE THAN 2k for just my room. Any problem you bring up to management they say too bad you rented it like that. WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE HEAT FOR PART OF THE WINTER AND THERES A HOLE IN MY ROOM.
Cons:

Cockroaches literally can be found in my drawers living within my clothes and even my prescription drawer. I find torn off cockroach legs in my belongings. And live in the cracks of our kitchen counter. My floor is not even level. It is slanted by more than 1 degree. I am dizzy in my room all the time. Advice to owner:
Take action when your tenants ask you too and not just when they threaten legal action and get the government involved/after your fines you’ve had to pay. Respect the tenants space so real estate agents aren’t breaking into the house. Stop lying to tenants abt there being a rooftop. The management owns fbe brokersge firm theg use so they should be responsible but are not.

Old and Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious, great area
Cons:
Building is very run down, needs gut renovation. Management has become a little more responsive but at one point we didn’t have heat for 2 months during peak winter. Management sends workers into apartments without warning to tenants.

THE WORST LANDLORD EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location was pretty great
Cons:
Terribly managed, did not fix or provide things that were noted on the initial tour and showed that we would have access to. No water or gas for long periods of time. Rats and massive amount of cockroaches/bugs. Heat will keep you up all night. Issues at lease once a week in the property. No cleanliness or Covid-19 mindfulness with super and other workers in the building.
Advice to owner:
Renovate your building and be a kinder human being.

Run fast run far
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location.... that's about it.
Cons:
Building had just gotten "renovated" when i moved in,and i lived in a flex room that had no privacy, overpaid, hot water would shut off randomly, you could hear the pipes hissing and popping through the walls... i could go on and on.
