great location, less than ideal living situation
Former Tenant
Pros:
beautiful location, cheap covid rent, big bedroom
Cons:
rent was raised exponentially in 2021 because pandemic was "over," mold in shower, floorboards were soft and felt like they could snap at any moment
Advice to owner:
gut the bathroom and replace floorboards in the living room

Nice Building, Terrible Managers
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is rather quiet.
Cons:
Mail was stolen on an almost daily basis. There is no form of security, and no way to hold anyone accountable.
Brought this up with property managers and was told tough luck.
Snow would also come in through the skylights of my apartment, and at one point my ceiling almost caved in due to a water leak in the middle of the night that they did nothing about until a couple days later.
Managers/Super/Maintenance was all but impossible to reach in an emergency.
