Solid Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Huge apartments for a great price - Only 5 units in the entire building, very small community and no problems with neighbors - Very minimal pest problems - Super is very timely and responsive with addressing any issues - Never had any issues with package theft, good intercom system - Management is very chill and laid back - Overall I had a very pleasant time living here!
Cons:
- It is above 3 bars (literally) and one is a college bar. If the window or bedroom is facing 2nd ave then it is very loud, vs the back of the building is very quiet - We did have two problems with a lot of black mold in one of the bathrooms, the super dealt with it quickly both times, but considering it came back a couple of months later it makes me think it was maybe a larger issue? But unsure
