A fine building... nothing fancy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super and everyone who worked in the building was so kind and helpful. The location is great and there's an elevator.
Cons:
The heat would go out in the winter often and the management is relatively absent so you know they're not fixing issues fully.

Horribly deteriorated
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful location, elevator, large living rooms
Cons:
1. They shut our gas off for over 9 months. No rent concessions and had to cook on a hot plate.
2. They left open holes in our ceiling for months with devris falling on our faces as they sealed them with garbage bags.
3. These holes caused mice.
4. They put up scaffolding 4 years ago and it's still there which ruined the entire point of living there and having a street view.
5. Hot water was frequently not working.
Advice to owner:
Remove the scaffolding!!
