all around ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
the super is very responsive,
Cons:
the a/c sucks because it does not get cold enough and is super expensive. the heating also does not get hot enough in the winter. the property management company is super unresponsive. also the kitchen counter stains easily.

Great apartment with caring super but less responsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in general very well maintained. Ering the super and China the doorwoman do a great job keeping the main areas of the building clean and tidy and they are both super responsive and kind. The apartment itself is on the smaller side but the appliances are top notch and we have had very few issues during our stay here.
Cons:
The kitchen counters are a weird concrete that soak up spilled liquids and stain which is kind of weird. The rent is expensive. There are only two treadmills in the gym, one of which has been off/broken(?) for more than a year and the other which has been squeaky for about the same amount of time. We complained to management about this multiple times but it hasn't resulted in any changes because management is not very responsive.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to tenant complaints!

Mixed & expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
- no pests - nice finishes - location - w/d for 1&2bds - big windows
Cons:
- STEEP RENTAL INCREASE ($1k+) - advertises verizon fios but only spectrum is available - cut full time doorman & then again lessened hours on doorman part time service - some residents are loud and the soundproofing is mixed

Very Loud, MGMT unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was great
Cons:
Our apartment was facing the back and we thought it would be quiet and were reassured that it would be. During the day it was fine but Unfortunately it was so unbearably loud at night we rarely got sufficient sleep. The restaurants make a ton of noise when they take out their garbage and the windows don’t do anything to dampen the noise. The finishes in the apartment are also very cheap, most of which is not a big problem but the countertops were porous and stained easily. This resulted in a huge fine for us after living there only a year. The super said this happened “all the time” so it is not an uncommon occurrence. They also withheld our security deposit for months after it was supposed to be returned to us as well.
