Pros:
No rats, great neighbors, no sound problems, very clean, rooftop access
Cons:
Landlord hardly ever responds, gives you a time and a date he will be there to help but NEVER comes on the day he specifies, at the time he promises. We’ve had horrible experience with the landlord Arnold. DO NOT EXPECT FRIENDLINESS FROM HIM. He is very rude, hard to work with, and gets angry if you ask him to do his job. I had to call the office and the receptionist is SO unhelpful. The realtors basically put this woman in charge of “customer service,” but she always has the same answer: “The realtors are busy right now.” Instead, she just calls Arnold and then he gets ANGRY with us for complaining. Currently, we have mold in the shower, roaches, our heater won’t turn off, and Arnold has stood us up for 5 days straight. IN A ROW. The text messages he sends to his clients are unprofessional, abrasive, and standoffish. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IF LANDLORD RESPONSIVENESS IS A PRIORITY TO YOU — THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS.
Advice to owner:
Hire a landlord who actually does his job and increase transparency with your tenants. You NEVER make it easy to contact you and you’ve put the WORST customer service worker at the end of your phone line. This is unacceptable, and I’m so thankful this app exists to hold you guys accountable. This trash has gone on long enough. Will NOT be renewing this year.
