Best building I've lived in yet

Pros

Great staff team! From the live-in super, to the maintenance crew and management, everyone is extremely responsive and kind. Unbeatable location - Union Square is 5 mins away but can also go one avenue east and you get the much more neighborhood vibe of East Village.

Cons

The outer-facing units can be a bit loud. It's not cheap.

I'd really like to live here. There's an apartment listed as coming up in November. Any advice on contacting the landlord? Thanks!
