Decently Loud and Not the Fastest Response

Pros:
Never had any problems with pests, and the apartment inside was very nice
Cons:
the footsteps from upstairs are very loud, and in the fall when it would start getting colder it would take the super forever to turn the heater on
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive
