Spacious Old Building with Friendly Landlords

Pros:
HUGE apartments. Biggest I've seen in NYC. Landlord is generally quite accommodating. Very central location.
Cons:
Building is old. Floor is pretty drastically slanted, as are the stairs on the walk up. Central location means very noisy facing 2nd Ave.
Advice to owner:
Barring some MAJOR rennovations and maybe some new appliances, this apt is is pretty good shape.
