Decent building, great location, noisy at times

Pros:
Neighborhood
Nice tree-lined street with brownstones
Electronic entry to building
Trash bins indoors
Cons:
Noisy due to creaky floors and loud main door
I’ve seen mice at times by the trash, there were traps laid and I haven’t seen any since
Packages get stolen at times
Super isn’t always the quickest to respond
Advice to owner:
Allow maintenance to access your apartment with resident consent

Small, Dark, Rodent Infested

Pros:
Good neighborhood with lots of great restaurants.
Cons:
The many, many little grey roommates, filthy common areas, small space, no laundry, no dishwasher. The owners are legit criminals.
Advice to owner:
They are well beyond advice.
