East Village Rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good management. Laundry in the building. My unit was gut renovated but depends on the unit. Beautiful street that is very quiet ans near lots of good cafes, bars and restaurants.
Cons:
Lobby is slightly dated and could use a new coat of paint. Laundry in basement is not the nicest facility, but gets the job done. Had issues with gas pipes for a whole year but has since been fixed.
