Mediocre at best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location Roof access Pay rent online
Cons:
Doors are so thin that conversations leak from across the hall and even other floors Strange noises coming from ventilation Helm is bad at communication and responding to support requests (this page seems to be out of date because it is Helm that owns the building) Lazy paintjobs in apartments Apartment had many maintenance issues that were unresolved before moving in
Advice to owner:
Take care of your apartments. It's embarrassing that you fought tooth and nail to keep your prices so high during a pandemic but couldn't even bother doing the most basic and obvious repairs for the apartment.

Well maintained building for students/young professionals
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really convenient location for transit! Also has garbage on every floor. Building is kept quite clean and management tends to address issues that are surfaced to them.
