    Good location in the middle of a bustling area
    Cons:
    Front door never closed , packages stolen , nothing fixed in 2 yrs I lived there , mice , cockroaches , workers on scaffold looking into apt
    Advice to owner:
    Clean this building and secure it !

    Fantastic location, responsive super, appliances old but in good working condition

    Head went out for almost a week in the winter with slow response and no rent reduction

    Conveniently located. Neutral about management—I haven’t needed to contact them, and they haven’t bothered me either. Moderately clean for a walk up building, I haven’t had any issues with pests. Pretty quiet, other than the 2 times a year the building behind this one has a college patio party.
    Cons:
    The walls are decently soundproof but the floor/ceilings aren’t. Very obvious and annoying to be able to hear what the upstairs neighbours are doing. The building has a package theft problem, pretty consistently. Kitchen doesn’t have a range top so you can’t cook much without the whole apartment getting smelly/smoky.
