Amazing location, staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location simply cannot be beat, a stones throw away from the L and 5 min walk to Union Square. Danny and team keep the building in tip top shape and is always on top of things, and has a great relationship with tenants. Roof deck is well maintained and great in the warmer months. Water pressure, the best I’ve ever had in NYC
Cons:
Property management company is not the most responsive, and has been slow in dealing with some pest issues that Danny the super helped

Good Building, Meh Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fun common roof deck, secure building (2 locked doors), responsive supers, good area
Cons:
Annoying neighbors (most are nice, some are grumpy, one complained straight to our landlord about noise past midnight on a Saturday) and landlord (she scolded our apartment for having trash on our own private outdoor space)

Great building in EV
Former Tenant
Pros:
After living here for a year through all 4 seasons I finally feel good about leaving a review. As I had moved here in the spring I had been afraid of what the winter may hold as my last apartment in EV would go days without hot water or heat. Well rest assured, none of those type of issues exist here!
Allyson, Daniel and Carlos do an amazing job of keeping this building in tip top shape and everyone I’ve met has generally been happy living here.
In the warmer months the roof is a great amenity and the deck is extremely well kept with great furnishings. During the winter, never once had any issues with heat or hot water. There is not one but two (!) laundry rooms in the basement and generally the availability of machines is great. Even the trash and recycling room is well kept with recent renovations on the flooring. We have extermination services every few weeks, always accompanied by one of our amazing supers Daniel and Carlos who are so so fantastic and always a mere text away.
Cons:
Really haven’t found anything I disliked, though I’m bummed to find out via the review below that the roof used to be open 24/7 as I moved in after the change was implemented.
Advice to owner:
Consider extending roof closing hour from 9pm to 11pm!

Building has 2 supers who are great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Awesome common rooftop New elevator (fully replaced 2019) I like the people I’ve met in the building Great location
Cons:
Nothing really comes to mind that’s major. One of the tenants who’s next to the common roof complained a lot about noise so the roof closes earlier now. Was 24/7
